Integrated Policy

Dear Guest,

Our campground is located within a nature park, created to protect and preserve a lake and its ecosystem, which is practically unique in Europe.

For this reason the campground has adopted an environment system (UNI EN ISO 14001:2004 ), reaching the expecting certifications, which on the one hand allows the developing of sustainable tourism, and on the other guarantees a quality stay for our guests and a safe working environment for our staff.

Our goals and policies are the following:

• Reduce the impact on the environment and the risks connected with the running of our campground, using nonpolluting materials, treating waste and adopting every type of behavior that helps preserve the environment around us;
• Correct management of resources (especially water), avoiding any misuse, or waste;
• Separate collection of waste: paper, glass, kitchen waste, batteries, used oil, etc…..;
• Use low environmental impact technologies and products;
• Observe regulations and procedures that improve the quality of our accommodations and at the same time guarantee the safety of our guests and of the workers we employ;
• Train and instruct our collaborators (staff and suppliers) on an ongoing basis so that our policies will be shared and carried out properly;
• Inform our guests as to our policies, asking them to follow them and to express their opinions, criticisms, and suggestions, so as to optimize our commitment to the environment and to obtain our guests’ greatest satisfaction.

We therefore ask you also to make a small contribution by being respectful of the environment and our policies, which will help us achieve our goals more quickly and more completely.
