The prices quoted are inclusive of: VAT, electrical connection of 6 Amps with a CEE plug, use of camper-service and chemical toilets, hot water, access to the swimming pools and all the campsite facilities (with the exception of rentals) and multilingual activities in july and august.

DAY OF ARRIVAL: Saturday from 26/06 to 27/08; any day on the rest of the season.

MINIMUM STAY: 2 nights from 01/04 to 25/06 and from 28/08 to 30/09; 7 nights on the rest of the season.

CHANGE: departure before 10:00 am; arrival after 17:00 pm

DEPOSIT: on their arrival guests must pay a refundable deposit of € 50,00 (cash only), this will be reimbursed at the end of the stay, only after the mobile home and equipment/furniture have been checked and found in good condition.
In case the accomodation is being left in a bad condition, regarding the cleaning, we will take other € 20,00 of the paid deposit.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Bookings are only accepted with the consignment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost;
• For reservations made online with a downpayment by credit card we won't charge any reservation costs; for payments by banktransfer we will charge 15,00 € reservation costs;
• The booking will be cancelled if the client does not present themselves to check-in by 12:00 on the day following the first night booked;
• The booked periods must be fully paid for (both for guests staying on pitches and those in mobile homes), even in the case of late arrival or early departure;
• Payment of the stay will take place at the campsite reception, at the moment of arrival and before the handing back of identity documents;
• Payment is possibile by cash, debit card and credit card; cheques and traveller's cheques are not accepted;

CANCELLATIONS:

• It is possibile to sign a cancellation clause, paying in addition to the deposit an amount equal to €40,00, which guarantees the repayment of the deposit, in case of cancellation made at least 10 days before arrival. cancellations made after these 10 days before arrival will not be refunded;
• In case of a booking cancellation made without the cancellation clause, the deposit will not be refunded;

PAYMENTS: credit cards are accepted.

Advance payments made by credit card must be accompanied by a photocopy of the cardholder's passport.

TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR STAY:
CHECK IN

• the mobile homes/bungalow tents are garanteed after 17:00;
• guests are required to hand in a valid means of identification at the check in, as required under current legislation;
• guests are required to pay a deposit of € 50,00 (only in cash) for each accommodation and any other eventual deposits or payments extra (for agencies);

• guests are requested to leave 1 valid document of identification until the payment;
• guests are required to wear the bracelets, that are handed out at the check-in;
• its not allowed to drive with vehicles on the campsite;

• the payments can be done from the day after arrival until maximum 1 day before departure;
• the payment at the reception is possible from 08:30 till 12:00 and from 16:00 till 19:00;
• the final check of the accomodation is possible from 06:00 till 10:00; departures before or after this time will lead to no check of the accomodation and in that case it wouldnt be possible to give the deposit back.
• it's only possible to fix an appointment for the final check of the accomodation after the payment of the bill;
• vehicles can enter the campsite after 18:00, the day before departure, and only after having paid the bill.
